Guffanti A. together with all the other companies of the Ginvest Group, hereinafter also referred to as the “Group”, supports and encourages, in order to protect the values of integrity and ethical behaviour expressed in its Code of Ethics, anyone wishing to report potential misconduct or alleged violation of the principles set out in the Code of Ethics, the Modello Organizzativo pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 (where applicable), Group policies and procedures and, in general, potential violations of laws and regulations.

Do not hesitate to raise the issue: if you do so honestly, truthfully and circumstantially you will help to protect the Group, the working environment and all its employees. Inadequate management of whistleblowing may entail the risk of legal action or sanctions for Group companies, as well as negative impacts on image and reputation.

If you have definite knowledge or reasonable suspicion, based on precise and concordant facts, that any of the above conduct has occurred or may occur, you can report it through this Whistleblowing platform. We encourage you to report by providing your name and contact details, but you may also report anonymously. In any case, strict confidentiality and protection of personal data will be ensured. Anonymous reports will be taken into consideration only if they are sufficiently circumstancial, detailed and can point to specific facts and situations concerning the Ginvest Group, given the impossibility to seek any further information.
