You have probably already understood: we do not want mere design professionals, but creatives capable of constantly rethinking the idea of built space. People for whom the role of draftsman might feel a bit limiting, and who imagine their work as that of true "designers" of the real estate experience.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

For a figure of this type, we expect candidates who combine technical skills with significant personal sensitivity. After all, among the tasks of this role are:

● designing buildings with diverse intended uses
● translating housing models and commercial solutions into concrete projects
● mixing real estate types with creativity and technical rigor
● being the connecting point between corporate vision and concrete implementation

For this reason, we are looking for people who hold a:
● degree in Architecture
● degree in Engineering

Female and male candidates who do not see design as a constraint, but rather as a creative opportunity in service of business needs. This is why we expect this role to have:

● planning and organizational skills
● results-oriented mindset
● strong problem-solving abilities
● fluent and professional communication

WHAT THE CONTRACT PROVIDES

We assess the level of integration into the company according to the seniority and skills of the profile we want to add to our teams. But we also believe that having previous experience in this role, or in similar roles, is not a binding factor. Growth potential, at Guffanti, matters a lot. Especially with a long-term perspective.

For this reason, we are willing to consider less experienced profiles as well, to be integrated into the company through:

● internship contracts
● apprenticeship contracts*
