We are in fact looking for an Excavator Operator - a specialized worker who knows how to move competently and safely within any type of construction site. Where space is limited, underground services are everywhere, and the professionalism of the individual makes the difference. We are looking for a person who knows their equipment - literally - and who understands Rule No. 1 of every construction site: good excavation work is the foundation on which everything else is built.  
And really everything, including someone else's lifelong dream.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

Among the activities you will have to carry out daily on the construction site as an Excavator Operator - Skilled Worker are:

● independent operation of tracked excavators, backhoe loaders, and telescopic handlers
● execution of excavations, ground leveling, and laying of pipes
● handling of materials (soil, sand, gravel, pipes, curbs, concrete products, and other construction materials)
● use of machinery, in compliance with company safety procedures

To fill this role, we expect you to have: 

● experience with wheeled and/or tracked excavators
● experience in urban environments with underground utilities
● earth-moving machinery license (valid)
● Driver's license B (C license is a plus)

● the ability to work both independently and within a team
● precision and reliability in execution
● constant attention to safety (their own and that of those working alongside them)

We will assess your level of integration into the company based on any experience you may have already gained and the skills you possess.

WHERE YOU WILL WORK

As an Excavator Operator - Specialized Worker, you will primarily split your time between our construction sites in the provinces of Como, Varese, and Milan.
